As we move on with more relaxation of the COVID Protocols, it’s the individual’s responsibility to not let your guard down.
To prompt a sense that the WAR against COVID-19 is still not over and to improve the quality of services amid the situation, a three-day (12th till 14th May 2022) refresher course was conducted for all Thimphu location guards and in-charges followed by a scrumptious lunch.
During the three-day training, 140 security personnel attended in compliance with government Covid protocols.
The training focused on the following topics:
1. Code of Conduct.
2. Effective communication with the public.
3. Emergency procedure.
4. Responding to the COVID situation.
During this training along with Operation Head, Manager HR, and Data Admin, we invited guest speaker and trainer LSA Mr. Karma Chogyal of UN Office, Bhutan to share his experiences and ideas on security. We would like to thank him for his valuable time and knowledge expended.
