Jachung Security Services Pvt. Ltd celebrated its 15th Foundation Day (14th July) in a small way with only staff from Head office and few employees residing within Thimphu. This was done in consideration of the COVID 19 protocols and monsoon season adversity.
Highlights of the day:
Despite the economic crisis, the company revised its guardโs salary w.e.f. 1st of July 2021 with the aim to sustain the growing concern of market prices hike and also plans to increase it by next January 2022.
During this anniversary employees who complete 10 years of service with the company were acknowledged and awarded certificates with incentives for their dedication, hard work, and constancy.
Guards who complete seven years of services were promoted to Head guards acknowledging their dedication to work and encouraging them to perform well in their capacity to safeguard client and their properties.
