Improving quality with timely intervention. (Refresher course 2022)

As we move on with more relaxation of the COVID Protocols, it’s the individual’s responsibility to not let your guard down.
To prompt a sense that the WAR against COVID-19 is still not over and to improve the quality of services amid the situation, a three-day (12th till 14th May 2022) refresher course was conducted for all Thimphu location guards and in-charges followed by a scrumptious lunch.
During the three-day training, 140 security personnel attended in compliance with government Covid protocols.
The training focused on the following topics:
1. Code of Conduct.
2. Effective communication with the public.
3. Emergency procedure.
4. Responding to the COVID situation.
During this training along with Operation Head, Manager HR, and Data Admin, we invited guest speaker and trainer LSA Mr. Karma Chogyal of UN Office, Bhutan to share his experiences and ideas on security. We would like to thank him for his valuable time and knowledge expended.

JSS 15th Foundation Day

Jachung Security Services Pvt. Ltd celebrated its 15th Foundation Day (14th July) in a small way with only staff from Head office and few employees residing within Thimphu. This was done in consideration of the COVID 19 protocols and monsoon season adversity.

Highlights of the day:

Despite the economic crisis, the company revised its guard’s salary w.e.f. 1st of July 2021 with the aim to sustain the growing concern of market prices hike and also plans to increase it by next January 2022.

During this anniversary employees who complete 10 years of service with the company were acknowledged and awarded certificates with incentives for their dedication, hard work, and constancy.

Guards who complete seven years of services were promoted to Head guards acknowledging their dedication to work and encouraging them to perform well in their capacity to safeguard client and their properties.
