The address by Executive Chairman of the company Dasho Palden Jigme Dorji expressed his words of wisdom in appreciating the relentless effort and performance sacrificed by our security personnel on ground in 20 Dzongkhags. He quotes “As we venture into the 10 years of remarkable milestone as private security company since the partnership with international security company, G4S in 2006 and after its delink in 2014, this year 2024 has been an eventful year for JSS punctuated by challenges, accomplishments and excitements.”
The company under the versatile leadership of Executive Chairman and patronage of CEO Mrs. Sangay Yangzom and all members on the board along with our JSS family celebrated the joyous occasion on 15th of July 2024 as annual foundation Day of JSS. As tradition and norms of our company to appoint and promote various ranks of security guards in recognition of their hard work dedication and loyalty, nominated guards were awarded certificate and promoted to higher ranks.
The Chairman highlighted, that with seniority and promotion their responsibility to look after the welfare of junior guards must be further strengthened. It is a moment to rededicate oneself to the growth of the company. The company is mindful of the cost escalation and challenges to maintain the profit as the cost to the company increases every year. Hence the two foremost essences on this aspect are to deliver top notch service to the client and workout a viable solution to target for a double figure growth percentage and strive to recruit more people for the company which equally provides employment opportunity to the youths.
The Chairmans reiterated concern over the Armed Security guards, handling weapons in all financial institutes (Banks) must ensure the safety and strict regulations to avoid any mishandling and misappropriation of service weapons as it is paramount to affirm the safety at all times. The collective effort for achievement, growth and future aspirations on the evolving challenges and the importance of ground forces, were extensively emphasized during the first hour of management meeting before the formal inauguration of foundation day.
