Today on the 14th of July 2023, Jachuung Security Service celebrated our 17th foundation day. This special day marks a significant occasion in the history of our company, when the entire family of JSS embrace the opportunity to reflect not only the beginning of company since its inception in 2006 as first Pvt security company erstwhile known as G4S which is a multinational FDI security company.
It is also a day to mark our success, celebrate our history and reconcile the continuing journey of our company. We take pride to mark the day, as top Security firm in the country providing best service and we always strive and aim for excellence. The well-established infrastructure and practical training for the security guards who takes the responsibility of making our clients property and premise a secured place is what distinguishes JSS as most preferred and well known security company.
Therefore we take this credit with past and present member of JSS to witness another milestone of our endeavor.
The celebration started with formal opening address by HR department presenting a report on our overall strength including our frontline guards and the management team. It was followed by Training department on annual updates and status of training progress and future course of actions to further improve our quality and service in every single aspect. The IT department also presented CTC and the increment made since January 2023 and latest one WEF July 2023. Marketing Department presented the overall turnover, net and all financial position of JSS since the pandemic, where JSS stood firm in ensuring every single guards and employees were not laid off, affecting the welfare of staff and their families who depended on them.
The celebration was graced by the presence of our Dasho CEO and Aum . CEO expressed his concern on providing adequate training to the armed guards, safety of individual and client he protect. In doing so, our area supervisors and in charges have bigger role to ensure any unforeseen situations are prevented.
In the light of increased tensions during pandemic, CEO mentioned the difficult phase company was tested through, and still standing strong retaining every single employee, guards in particular , while every business company were shutting down, laid off or temporarily suspended. JSS now is heading in right direction after resetting against all odds, there is still a positive trend that the company is looking forward this year.
A complete and united team can achieve height of great success as the CEO addressed the hall, the program concluded with promotion of guards, and supervisors to their next rank. Peeping ceremony and presentation of awards by Dasho CEO, Operations head for their dedicated service to JSS and recognition of excellent supervision ensuring professional service is delivered to our valuable clients across the country. Near and far those who continue to serve with the company, CEO extends his deep appreciation and recognition on their well-deserved promotion those who couldn’t attend the celebration.
