𝑱𝑺𝑺 16𝒕𝒉 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒂𝒚 (14𝒕𝒉 𝑱𝒖𝒍𝒚)

The Jachung Security Services Pvt Ltd observed its 16th Foundation Day on 14th July 2022. The program was attended by CEO, Deputy CEO, Head office staff and few guards deployed in Thimphu Dzongkhag.

It began with a department wise presentation apprising on how individual department should move forward in collaboration with other departments targeting a common goal. All keeping in mind the past two years have considerably impacted the world’s economy and so does have its repercussion on the company as well. But now as the situation all over is normalizing the company needed extra effort and dedication to retain its pre pandemic position.

During the meeting the management also acknowledged and thanked all JSS frontline workers who were in their respective assignments upholding JSS name and affirming we are professionals during the numerous lockdowns.

While we proceeded forward CEO reminded “Every individual should keep in mind what role they played in the company and justify it during their stay”.

Subsequently employees completing 10 years in the service were awarded certificates and incentives for their dedication, hard work and allegiance. Employees completing 7 seven years as guards were promoted to Head guard for their dedication and hard work. Employees completing five years in service and taking charge of assignment with dedication and hard work were also promoted to head guard.
